Pay by phone


Payments can be made by phone through our billing department Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - (904) 362-9003; opt 2

For after-hours assistance, our dispatch center is available to help with processing.

Please note, a 3.6% processing fee applies to all phone payments—this fee is set by the payment processor and is not retained by Guardian EMS.
